Medellín, the city in Colombia where I live, celebrates its Book Festival every year. Each edition includes a special publication called El cuentico amarillo, a small book gifted to all attendees. For this publication, an illustrator and a writer are invited to create a short story inspired by a work of universal literature.

This year, I had the honor of collaborating with writer Paloma Pérez Sastre, drawing inspiration from The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

These illustrations tell the journey and encounter between two characters, the rose and the lamplighter.
